    Get the ultimate hybrid training experience at our new 13,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility at 1400 O’Connor Drive in East York. This one-of-a-kind space features our signature design  for all levels of Hybrid and HYROX athletes. 
  • Durham

    Resilience Durham is a custom-designed HYBRID/HYROX training ground, complete with genuine HYROX turf, equipment, lanes, and stations. With more than 12,000 sq ft, this space is the ideal for simulating race day conditions.

10 years in the making

Our Story

Co-founders Andrew Gillis and Josh Greenbaum met over 20 years ago at Markham High School where their friendship grew from a  shared love for sports and training.

What started with pickup games and gym sessions grew into a lifelong friendship—and eventually, a business.

Over the past 10 years, Josh and Andrew have been through it all: starting from scratch, running classes in the park, opening two gym locations, becoming dads, and learning what it really means to lead a community.

Resilience isn’t just the name of our gym—it’s what built it.

      The Last Rehearsal – Full HYROX Sim

      This event is Sold Out! Get ready for the ultimate Hyrox prep event! Join us starting at 8am on September 7th at Resilience Fitness in Durham for a full HYROX simulation hosted by @nikkipfit and the @resilience_fitness team. This is your chance to put your training to the test in a true race-day environment with Singles and Doubles divisions available.

      Event Details:

      • Singles (Men’s & Women’s Solo): 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
      • Heats every 15 minutes (4 participants per heat)
      • $34 per ticket
      • Doubles (Men’s, Women’s, Mixed): 11:15 AM – 1:00 PM
      •  Heats every 15 minutes (4 teams per heat)
      • $59 per ticket (covers both partners)

      Vendors & Atmosphere:
