CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

Our signature group training class is unlike any group fitness class in Toronto. Whether you are beginning your fitness journey or a seasoned athlete, Resilience takes pride in coaching, motivating, and designing diverse workouts to keep all members progressing in their health and fitness journey.

Upper Body Resilience Strong is a class that is focused on building strength and heavy compound movements in the upper body (Bench Press, Military Press, Pull-ups). The focus of these classes is to build hypertrophy and there is an emphasis in lifting heavier, with lower reps, and longer rest.

Lower Body Resilience Strong is a class that is focused on building strength and heavy compound movements in the lower body (Squats, RDL's, Deadlifts). The focus of these classes is to build hypertrophy and there is an emphasis in lifting heavier, with lower reps, and longer rest.

Build balance, power and muscle using the multi functioning tool of the kettlebell. Kettlebells are excellent for improving muscle tone, body composition, and strength. Kettlebell training is great for men and women of all shapes and sizes. Expect to Sweat!

This dance-inspired class will get your heart pumping and have you sweating! Coach Nadia will bring her energy as you learn some of her favourite Jamaican-style movements! A solid 30-minutes of aerobic exercise with tons of core!
