OUR STORY

Resilience Fitness began in February 2015 with its grand opening at Monarch Park Stadium with founders Josh, Andrew and Rolli (now owner of Phoenix Effect).

Resilience started off with friends and family members and had participants of all different fitness levels. The goal of the founders was to create a challenging and inclusive workout for all of the participants regardless of where they were at in their fitness journey.

Classes started at 3 times a week and not long after the pillars of Resilience were born….
