RESILIENCE STRONG

Resilience Strong is a class designed to stimulate hypertrophy and target certain areas of the body for strength purposes. 

Resilience Strong is grouped into two different classes. Resilience Lower Body Strong and Resilience Upper Body Strong.

Lower Body Resilience Strong is a class that is focused on building strength and heavy compound movements in the lower body (Squats, RDL's, Deadlifts). The focus of these classes is to build hypertrophy and there is an emphasis in lifting heavier, with lower reps, and longer rest.

Upper Body Resilience Strong is a class that is focused on building strength and heavy compound movements in the upper body (Bench Press, Military Press, Pull-ups). The focus of these classes is to build hypertrophy and there is an emphasis in lifting heavier, with lower reps, and longer rest.
