Strength-U is a 75-minute technique-based barbell class designed to help you build strength in a unique way. You'll work on all the major lifts such as deadlifts, bench press, squats, overhead press, cleans and jerks. GAMEDAY

FOCUS: ENDURANCE

Gameday is a high-intensity fitness class that is perfect for all levels of fitness. Combining strength and cardio movements in 6-10 minute timed-rounds, it's designed to test both your endurance and strength. Push yourself to the limit and battle through 3-4 rounds of intense workouts, and feel the 'inner-athlete' within you! It's 'you-vs-you'!

BoxFit at our Fitness Facility is a high-energy, boxing-inspired class coached by Coach Alex who brings years of boxing experience. This class is designed to get your heart rate up and help you learn some boxing techniques while also focusing on strength and conditioning for a full body workout. You'll hit some pads and burn some serious calories!
